Onsite Installation and Configuration - Precise Digital specializes in system installations of hardware and software for courts, interview / interrogation rooms and meeting rooms.  These installations can include complete review and connection of all system components

Remote Installation and Configuration Assistance – Provided via scheduled meetings using the phone and web shared computer access.  Remote installation includes a review of:

  • Software installation and configuration
  • Hardware and Software system testing
  • Combined with webinar training solutions to provide for a more cost effective implementation.

TRAINING

Training - Training is available for all Precise Digital solutions.  Training includes:

  • System Startup - Daily "checklist" for startup and operations.
  • System Operation – Recording, annotations, file searching / retrieval and playback.
  • File Storage and Distribution – File storage, storage locations, backing up and distribution of files for playback by other parties.
  • Support - Review of common issues and locations to find answers / support.
  • Q & A - Question and answer about software, hardware and product applications.

The training courses are provided in a variety of formats, including:

  • Onsite Training - Onsite training tailored specific to the needs of your organization. 
  • Online / Webinars - Interactive cost effective webinars are provided for all Precise Digital products. 
  • Online Tutorials - Non-interactive step-by-step training on most products (included in purchase of most FTR products).

SUPPORT

Support - Direct phone support provided by the FTR support team for FTR software.  Support includes:

  • 24/7 telephone support direct with FTR engineers
  • One hour response time for all email and web support requests
  • Free downloads of service packs and minor upgrades
